William Glen Wait

William Glen "Bud" Wait, 71, of Dover, died Tuesday, May 15, 2007. The son of O.K. and Ethel Mears Wait, he was born September 15, 1935 in Dover. He was a veteran of the National Guard. He was a member of the Gravel Hill Church Of Christ and worked as a salesman with Bibler. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bettye Lee Clark Wait; his parents; and two brothers in law, Bill Robbins and Arvie Clark Jr.
Survivors include one son David Wait and wife Laura of Dover; one daughter Rhonda Hill and husband Chris of Russellville; four sisters, Frances Leavell and husband Joe of Moreland, Alice Hollis and husband Amos of Moreland, Mary McAlister and husband Bill of Dover, Linda Turner and husband Jerry of Dover; five grandchildren, Amanda Wait, Christopher Wait, Maegan Wait, Jared Hill, and Kelsey Hill; mother-in-law, Eunice Clark of Russellville; three brothers-in-law, Bill Clark and wife Gail of Pottsville, Donnie Clark and wife Juanita of Dover, and Ronnie Clark of Pottsville; a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends
Funeral will be 10:00AM Saturday, May 19, 2007 at Humphrey Chapel with Bill Roderick officiating. Burial will be at Pollard Cemetery under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. Visitation will be Friday 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
