Wilma Faye (Beavers) Pruitt

Wilma Faye Pruitt, 73, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, August 15, 2021 at Johnson Regional Medical Center. The daughter of Arthur and Eula Faye Patton Beavers, she was born January 14, 1948 in Bethlehem, AR. She married Charles Pruitt, on September 9, 1964 at Rockford, IL. She was a Nursing Assistant with Johnson County Hospital. Wilma will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and beloved friend.

She was a member of the Subiaco Worship Center and attended other area churches.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Darrell Wayne Pruitt; a daughter, Deanna Kay Coogan and two grandchildren.

Wilma is survived by her husband, Charles Pruitt of Clarksville; four sons, Billy Pruitt (Lee) of Lamar; Kyle Pruitt (Melissa) of Clarksville; Jeffery Pruitt of Clarksville; Dustin Pruitt (Kelsey) of Daphne,AL; 15 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; a brother, Charles Buddy Beavers (Barbara) of Coal Hill; two sisters, Sharon O'Sullivan and Judy Ware (David) both of Rockford, IL.

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, on Thursday, at Cornerstone Full Gospel Church. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of The Herman Humphrey Dignity Cremation Center and Humphrey Funeral Service. Internet obituary and on-line guest book are available at www.humphreyfuneral.com.
